Audit or MCS Manager candidates looking for a challenging, exciting and rewarding career? You maybe the one to join our group if you meet the following criteria:

  • Overall responsibility for execution of assignments within budgeted time
  • Reporting to Partner/Director
  • Can take decisions relating to client service
  • Make recommendations to the Directors for client retention/addition and fee levels
  • Able to plan assignments and set priorities
  • Assign tasks and delegate to subordinates
  • Lead project teams
  • Closely supervise the work of the audit team in execution of assignments to meet time schedules and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations
  • Identify opportunities to market audit and other services
  • Graduate in any discipline with CA/CPA
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 year's post-qualification experience in audit/MCS out of which 2 -3 years preferably in a large accounting firm

  • Familiarity with current audit methodologies, risk assessment and audit tests

  • Meet deadlines within budgeted time
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Reporting directly to the Audit Manager.
