Overall
responsibility for execution of assignments within schedule |

Reporting to
Partner/Director |
|
Can take
decisions relating to client service |
|
Make
recommendations to the Directors for client retention/addition and
fee levels |
|
Able to plan
assignments and set priorities |
|
Assign tasks
and delegate to subordinates |
|
Lead project teams
|
|
Closely
supervise the work of the audit team in execution of assignments
to meet time schedules and quality standards |
|
Develop
and maintain excellent client relations |
|
Identify
opportunities to market audit and other services |
|
Graduate in
any discipline with CA/CPA |
|
Minimum of 6 -
8 year's post-qualification experience in audit/MCS out of which 2
-3 years preferably in a large accounting firm |
